Essential Functions:

· Must have good arm strength, basic dexterity and ability to operate hand tools and power tools and equipment to complete required tasks

· Maintains good housekeeping using the 6S principles.

· Identify need of replacement or of new equipment and inform supervisor.

· Electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and general construction knowledge is essential.

· Performs landscaping work including mowing, trimming, and cleaning litter

· Will be required to work with a planned work schedule and minimum supervision.

· Be cooperative with co-workers in order to maintain a good working environment.

· Responsible to attend any training classes scheduled by supervisor.

· Focus on safety at all times - safe working habits, safe work area, and follow all general industrial safety guidelines. Contact supervisor or team leader if any safety problems are observed.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Job Requirements:

• Typical physical demands require full body motion including ability to perform work while bending, stooping, stretching and climbing ladders.
• Requires dexterity and strength sufficient to operate required tools and machinery; typically required to lift and carry machinery and/or equipment weighing 25 to 50 lbs. and/or assist with lifting weights exceeding 50 lbs.
