Summary

Able to operate either a electric or propane forklift. Wrap or bag the pallets of product. Label the pallet then put into locations in a timely manner. Scan any movements of pallets using a hand held RF scanner to assure that locations and inventory levels are correct.

We currently have an open position for a Quality Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing product and material inspection and testing to ensure compliance with specifications. You will also use knowledge of quality control, production operations, and documentation to participate in process improvements and investigations, when required. As a member of the QA self-directed teams, you will be responsible for taking action to support the department and company goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

Under the direction of the Plant Manager, with dotted line to Production Manager, develop new products in a timely manner, achieving company goals for quality, cost, and delivery. Support assigned areas in meeting objectives for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Associate Engagement.  Establish continuous improvement through processing skills, troubleshooting and company systems/procedures.

Summary
The Process Technician Apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced Process Technicians to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to operate, troubleshoot, and optimize the injection molding machines and processes. The Process Technician Apprentice is responsible for the startup and maintenance of injection molding machines as well as adjusting cycle times to meet production standards. They will assist with die changes, color changeovers, and material changeovers. They are additionally responsible for making appropriate adjustments to the injection molding process to meet quality standards. Over time, the apprentice will develop the expertise required to become a fully qualified Process Technician, capable of independently managing molding operations to meet production goals and quality standards.

Shift Hours are from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am.

Operators are responsible for the assembling and packing pails or lids. Too correctly install handles or triggers into the product in a timely manner. Detail to quality is important to meet our customer’s standards. Be flexible and able to multi task as needed. Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions. Must be able to complete print jobs independently and maintain appropriate set-up to start-up time ratio.

Job Duties:
• Perform test such as temperature, relative humidity, material density, and moisture tests for proper UV drying of ink
• Perform routine operator level maintenance and preventative maintenance on printer
• Load appropriate digital files according to job specifications
• Adjust web tensions and toner flow
• Perform print registration
• Calibrate printer to ensure inputs and selections made on the printer are working properly
• Work as an offset printer operator when required
• Must be able to perform other duties as assigned

Summary

Pallet pullers are responsible for the pulling and replacing the pallets that have the completed number of parts on it using a manual pallet jack. Manually band the product when requested before taking to the wrapping area.

Summary

The Receptionist II provides general office support through a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.  This position will be responsible for welcoming visitors to M&M in person, answering incoming calls in a positive, clear, and concise manner and directing calls to appropriate employees.  The role is also responsible for mail distribution, the flow of correspondence, completing requisition of supplies and additional clerical duties as requested.

The Mold Shop Manager is responsible for safety leadership and contributing to the creation and implementation of best practice tool room vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.

May assist Engineering with mold designs and builds.  Directs a team on mold repairs used to mass-produce plastic components. Builds precision mold components using conventional and numerically controlled metal-cutting machines and equipment, including saws, drills, grinders, lathes, mills, and electrical discharge machines.

Summary

The Automation PLC (Programable Logic Controller) Technician is responsible for designing, repairing, and modifying electrical components, circuitry, controls, and machinery. This role applies principles of electrical circuits, electrical testing procedures, and related knowledge to build, test, troubleshoot, and repair production automation equipment.

Maintenance technician 3 applies electronic theory, principles of electrical circuits, electrical testing procedures, engineering mathematics, physics, and related knowledge to layout, build, test, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment. This position is also responsible for the daily repairs and preventative maintenance of all equipment throughout the facility as well as any other electrical, mechanical or plumbing issues that arise.
